Return policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and 99.9 % of the time, this has been the case. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the item for a refund on the purchase price excluding applicable shipping. Please also note the following:

– We must be notified prior to returning the item, please do not decline your delivery without notified us.
– Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
– Item must be in same condition that it was received in i.e. all tags and packing materials intact.
– Shipping fees for returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.
– Refunds will be credited through the payment method used.

How do I return it?


1. Log into your account.
2. Find the order in My Order and click the Return button.
3. Select the item you want to return, explain the reason and submit.
4. Print the return label and stick it firmly on the outside of the return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange pick-up or drop off at the nearest post office.

How do I find the generated return label?
Find the returned order in My Order → Click Order Details → Click Return and Refund Records in the upper right corner → click View to download.
Can I return the item if it is worn, damaged or if the label is removed?
1. You can only return unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with original labels and original packaging.
2. The following items are not refundable: tights, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags and mermaid blankets).
If the hygiene seal is broken, we will not refund the cosmetics.
3. Items with non-returnable trademarks and free gifts cannot be returned.

Important Reminder:
1.Please don't send the return ticket to the return address on the package.
This is not a return address and will affect your sender's processing.
Even if you use your own shipping method, you should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide.
2. Please ensure that your return package contains no unexpected non-items.
We will not be responsible for sending these items back to you.
3.A refund
The refund will be processed within 3 workdays after we receive your package. A refund will be sent to original payment account.
